I think the colours work very well together, especially on the bike.
I love how her hair is, well, everywhere! It reminds me of smoke in Oriental oil paintings.
The only thing I have to critique is that the hat looks a little... I don't know, it just doesn't look like it's blended into the picture very well. It almost seems a bit out of place, you know?
Other than that, though...
